Ravi Shankar Kumar

Ravi Shankar Kumar is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product initiatives within the financial services sector. Currently serving as AVP- Product at Progcap since January 2022, Ravi leads a team of Product Managers and oversees product management for customer-facing applications and sales platforms, including the integration of AI technologies. Prior to this role, Ravi worked as a Product Manager at Tata Digital, focusing on the development of financial services for the Tata Neu Super App, and at Axis Bank in various capacities, advancing digital banking solutions. Ravi holds a PGDM in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
