Vishal Wali

Vishal Wali has extensive work experience in the financial industry, particularly in collections and recoveries. Vishal is currently serving as the Chief Collections Officer at Progcap since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at IDFC FIRST Bank, including Head of Recoveries and Head of Collections for Business Loans, Micro Business Loans, Fresh Recoveries, and Legal. From 2014 to 2019, Vishal worked at Capital First Limited as the Group Product Manager for Collections, Business Loans, and Micro Business Loans, and later as the National Collection Manager for Business Loans. Vishal also served as the Regional Collections Manager for West India at Future Capital Holdings from 2012 to 2014. Before that, Vishal worked at Standard Chartered Bank in different roles, including Cluster Manager for Mortgage and SME Banking Collections and Cluster Manager for Mortgages. Prior to that, they studied Commerce and completed Class 12 at Frank Anthony Public School in 1998-1999.
