A history of evolution, a future of innovation.

Our journey began in 1979 in Rosignano Solvay (Livorno), founded by the Bottoni family. Over decades of steady growth, our leadership expanded its horizons, establishing P.E.S. Srl in 2012 to deliver high-level engineering services.

Following a strategic corporate reorganization at the end of 2020, Massimo Bottoni established Progeco NeXT, charting a new course dedicated to passion, innovation and sustainability.

Today, the Group has evolved into a structured ecosystem driving the global Energy Transition through three specialized companies: Progeco SE, Progeco NeXT and Agile 4 Solutions. Together, we combine our rich technical heritage with cutting-edge expertise across our core pillars: Project Management, Inspection, Engineering, Wind & Solar and HR Solutions.
