Felipe Maia

Felipe Maia is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in the fields of mining, petrochemicals, steel, and healthcare. They have held various roles in project management and construction oversight, including their current position as Engenheiro Civil Master V at PROGEN S.A., where they are responsible for the elevation of the Dikes at the Mirim Dam. Felipe has worked in significant capacities at companies such as LANXESS, RM Rodrigues Engenharia e Serviços, and Cofix, overseeing large-scale industrial infrastructure projects. They hold a degree in Civil Engineering from Centro Universitário Augusto Motta and an MBA in Project Management from IPOG.
