Filipe Miranda

Filipe Miranda is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently working at Progen S.A. since September 2025. Previous roles include Director at the Academic Center of Environmental Engineering at UFOP, Researcher at ITA focusing on hydrological modeling, and Intern in Environmental Licensing and Studies at Samarco. Filipe has contributed to significant projects such as controlling invasive species at Fundação Gorceix and developing methodologies for hydrology and hydraulics at GeoCoba. Academic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Federal University of Ouro Preto, a master's degree in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering from ITA, and postgraduate degrees in Project Management from the University of São Paulo and Occupational Safety Engineering from UniÚnica.
