Gilson Paredes

Gilson Paredes is a quality management and industrial project specialist with experience in the pulp and paper, energy, and infrastructure sectors. They have held roles such as Quality Leader at Alstom Power and Sr. Quality Specialist at ANDRITZ Pulp and Paper, overseeing various large-scale projects. Currently, Gilson serves as Supervisor of Quality Master at Progen S.A., coordinating quality and teams in the ARAUCO Sucuriú project. They have contributed as a volunteer at PMI São Paulo and are pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering and Quality Management at Faculdade Católica Paulista.
