Unless you are opening a bakery, a “cookie cutter” approach isn’t going to help your business. Too many coaches feel that a single methodology can apply to all their clients and they try to force your business into the boundaries that govern it.

At Progeny, we understand that every business is different, and that there are no magic buttons or one-size-fits-all solutions. We become a partner with you in pursuit of your dreams and goals. We ask questions that are pertinent to your business and work with you to develop a customized plan that will produce the right results for your given situation. Then we follow along, ensuring that you lead your organization toward the success that you expect.

Since this requires us to maintain a close relationship with your business, Progeny limits the number of clients that it will take in at any one time. We are very selective about those that we partner with, ensuring that there is a good fit among the business, the entrepreneur and the coach.

Customized. Accountable. Relationships.

That’s the Progeny difference.
