Olivier Voyer

Olivier Voyer has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Olivier is currently working at Progi as the Director of Software Development and was previously the Chapter Lead of Software Development at the same company. Prior to Progi, they worked at Scala as a Lead Application Developer. Olivier also has experience as the owner of their own company, Oribu. At Cognibox, they held various roles including Manager of Software Development, Agile Project Manager/Coach, and Scrum Master. Olivier also worked at Eaton as a Project Manager and Software Engineer, and at Positron Public Safety Services as a Software Developer intern.

Olivier Voyer holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering Management from the Université de Sherbrooke. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed a D.E.C in Pure and Applied Science at Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup. In addition to their formal education, Olivier has achieved several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Université de Sherbrooke, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, and the title of Ingénieur from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
