Currently serving as Co-Owner and CFO of Capstone Care Partners, Rick Yates has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Insurance for Driven Brands Canada and Vice President of Insurance Programs for North York Accident Support Services Ltd. With a robust background in claims management, business development, and operational strategy, Rick Yates has also contributed to various industry associations, including serving as Past President of the Canadian Insurance Claims Managers Association. Educational qualifications include a Business Management Degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and an Executive Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
