Jennifer Ferrer

Jennifer Ferrer currently serves as the Senior Director of Data Solutions for Oncology and Rare Diseases at Prognos Health, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Venture Fellow at Venture Cooperative and spent over three years at Tempus Labs, Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations and Director of Alliance Management. Jennifer has held leadership positions at Women In Bio, including Chair of the DE&I Committee and Programming Committee for the Chicago chapter, and served as President of the AAUW-Northwestern Chapter. Academic credentials consist of a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology, Chemistry, and Nanotechnology from Northwestern University, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and an M.S. in Biotechnology from Rush University, among other degrees in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
