Oleg Fonarov is a highly accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and innovative solution integration. As the CEO and Founder of Program-Ace since January 1993, Fonarov leads a company renowned for addressing unique business challenges with efficient and cost-effective solutions. Additionally, Fonarov serves as a member of the Forbes Technology Council, bringing a wealth of expertise to an elite community of technology leaders. Fonarov also holds the position of CEO for Game-Ace, a game development subdivision of Program-Ace, and 3D-Ace, a creative graphics production division. In 2013, Fonarov founded CINE-BOOKS, a media company aiming to revolutionize storytelling and book publishing. As a co-founder of inLoop VR, Fonarov is focused on developing interactive social content for Virtual Reality platforms. Fonarov holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Design of Aviation & Aerospace Control Systems from the National Aerospace University - Kharkiv Aviation Institute.
