Julio Lostao, PE, CEP, is an experienced estimating consultant with over 30 years in construction and civil engineering, both in the U.S. and internationally. Specializing in heavy civil construction, airport development, and infrastructure projects, Julio has managed estimating teams and played key roles in significant projects, including airport capital improvement programs and wastewater treatment plants. Currently, Julio serves as President and Estimating Consultant at GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATING CORP., where the focus is on estimating and scheduling for varied civil infrastructure projects. Julio holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
