Soraya Rivera

Soraya Rivera is a Planning and Scheduler Engineer at Program Controls Inc., where Soraya manages and maintains hundreds of projects for the $7 Billion CIP. Previously, Soraya was an Oracle-Primavera P6 EPPM Consultant at Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department and a Sr. P6 Planning and Scheduling Engineer at Bouygues Civil Works Florida - Tunnel Project. Soraya also worked as a Certified Primavera Trainer & Consultant at Miami Micro Data, Inc and as a Project Manager Leader at Integration Technologies Corp. Soraya holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad EAFIT.
