Melanie Roper, LMSW, is an experienced professional in early childhood development and social work, currently serving as Program Director at PEPS since February 2022. With a background spanning over a decade, Roper held various leadership positions at Neighborhood House, including Associate Director for Prenatal to Five and Director of Home Based Services, leading initiatives such as Early Head Start and the Parent Child Home Program. Roper's expertise also includes roles at Catholic Charities of Idaho and other organizations, where responsibilities involved intensive case management for refugee families, mental health consultation, and parent education.
