Kyle Chang

Kyle Chang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Lead Accountant at the Program Support Center since February 2019, Kyle previously held the position of Accounting Team Lead at the FDA from August 2012 to February 2019. Prior to that, Kyle worked as a Senior Accountant at JPB Partners from February 2007 to August 2012 and began a career at Deloitte Taiwan as an Assistant Manager from January 2000 to June 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Soochow University.
