Keith E. Shaffer

Keith E. Shaffer, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and consulting. As the Principal Consultant and President of Programatics LLC since April 2013, Keith focuses on enhancing product offerings and customer support. Additionally, Keith serves as IDIQ Proposal Manager at SERDI and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at 4Core Technology Group, Inc., which underwent reorganization to EAM Solutions Group LLC in March 2016. Previous roles include Business Process Analyst at Allegheny Science & Technology, and various positions at Analytic Strategies, TurnAround Factor, and Marine Corps commands. Keith holds an MS in Systems Technology from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BS in Business Management from Strome College of Business.
