Shilyn Montgomery

Shilyn Montgomery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical editing, security operations, and intelligence analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Editor at Programatics LLC, Shilyn develops a unified voice for JICCENT production and oversees the editing of various technical documents. In addition, Shilyn fulfills the role of Assistant Facility Security Officer, managing security plans and procedures for a DoD contracting company. Previous roles include Program Portfolio Manager for USSOCOM C4 programs, Counterintelligence Analyst at the DIA, and Counterterrorism Analyst with the FBI. Shilyn also contributes as an Editorial Producer for the Asian Sewist Collective podcast. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and ongoing studies towards a Master's Certificate in Project Management at Cornell University.
