Bonnie Chatterjee

Bonnie (Barnali) Chatterjee serves as the Global Head of Solution Architecture at OpenAI since April 2025 and is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Luma Health and ProgramEquity, where Bonnie provides strategic guidance and mentorship to early-stage startups. Prior experience includes roles such as Solutions Engineering Leader at Snowflake, Head of Professional Services at Stripe, and Head of Customer Experience at GitHub, where Bonnie significantly expanded service offerings and improved customer satisfaction metrics. With a foundational career that includes leadership positions at Sencha, Franklin Templeton Investments, and Alterego Networks, Bonnie combines expertise in customer experience, professional services, and project management.
