Michalis Faloutsos has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Professor at the University of California, Riverside, which they began in 2015. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder of Programize LLC in 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Professor and Department Head at U. New Mexico, where they accomplished various initiatives and accomplishments, including establishing research centers and supporting outreach programs. Before that, they co-founded stopthehacker.com in 2008, which was later acquired by Cloudflare. Additionally, Michalis Faloutsos has extensive experience as a Professor at U. C. Riverside from 1999 to 2012.
Michalis Faloutsos obtained their PhD in Computer Science, with a specialization in Computer Networks, from the University of Toronto. Michalis pursued their doctoral studies from 1993 to 1998. Prior to their PhD, Michalis Faloutsos completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in EE, although specific details regarding the duration and institution are unavailable.
