Ben Shi is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as Principal Technologist, Head of Technology, and Head of Engineering at GROW Inc since September 2019. In addition, Ben has been involved in organizing developer conferences in Melbourne and Sydney in 2023 through Programmable and was part of the organizing team for Voxxed Days Australia from April 2020 to June 2022. Prior to these roles, Ben held positions including Senior Engineer at Versent, Senior Associate Technology at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Software Automation Engineer at ACI Worldwide. Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Diploma of Engineering Practice in ICT Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, completed a summer course in Entrepreneurship at The University of Hong Kong, and is pursuing a Certificate IV in Horticulture at TAFE NSW.
