Max Nash

Max Nash is a versatile software engineer with experience in various roles, including software development, full-stack engineering, and recruitment. Currently part of the Software Conference Organising Team at Programmable, Max plays a key role in fostering the Australian Software Engineering community through engaging conferences. Previous roles include software development and engineering positions at REA Group, Sanitarium, Lexicon, and Insignia Financial, where Max contributed to significant projects involving core listings pipelines, e-commerce sites, and data platform unification. Additionally, Max has a background in talent acquisition, having successfully recruited senior software engineers at Endava and leading various recruitment initiatives in prior roles. Max holds a Diploma of Computer Science in Software Engineering from General Assembly Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Qualitative Psychology from Murdoch University.
