Cat Salt

Cat Salt has extensive experience in health, safety, and wellbeing leadership, currently serving as the National HSEQ Manager at Programmed since 2025. With prior roles including Zero Harm Head - Above Rail and Critical Risk Implementation Manager at KiwiRail, Cat has developed frameworks to enhance safety practices. They also held positions as a Health and Safety Advisor at Contract Design and Management Ltd and as an Administration Officer at HM Prison Service. Cat earned an MSc in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management from the University of Hull, where they studied from 2022 to 2024.
