Charles Dodds

Charles Dodds currently serves as the Sector Lead for Education at Programmed Facility Management, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and projects for approximately 250 sites nationally and driving the growth of sector contracts since October 2020. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at Programmed, including Senior Contracts Manager and Contract Manager, where key contributions involved business development and managing significant contracts such as the Fonterra National contract. Charles also has experience as a Project Manager at both Programmed and PAE (New Zealand) Limited, managing projects valued up to $2 million. Earlier career roles at TW Power Services included leadership positions overseeing teams and managing subcontractors within ancillary and project works. Charles obtained a Bachelor of Social Science with a focus on Psychology from The University of Waikato and completed education at Hamilton Boys High School.
