David Hele

David Hele has extensive experience in leadership and management within the industrial sector, currently serving as the Executive General Manager - Industrial at Programmed since October 2006. In this role, David oversees branch operations, sales, service, and safety, focusing on maximizing commercial opportunities. Prior to this, David held various senior positions at Catalyst Recruitment, including Area Manager and Branch Manager, where responsibilities included commercial and operational management across multiple states. David holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and HR from Swinburne University of Technology, an Advanced Management Program certificate from the University of Melbourne's Mt Eliza Business School, and a Diploma in Sports Administration from Swinburne TAFE.
