Leanne Tong

Leanne Tong is a strategic and commercially focused senior finance leader with extensive experience across various financial roles. They served as General Manager of Finance at Programmed Health Professionals, leading the finance, payroll, and credit teams while providing commercial insight to the leadership team. Previous roles included Finance Manager and Senior Management Accountant at SKILLED Group, where Leanne supported financial reporting and business performance initiatives. Leanne began their career in auditing, progressing from Audit Supervisor to Audit Senior with RSM firms before transitioning to corporate finance. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
