Leisa Manio

Leisa Manio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and operations within the workforce industry. Currently serving as National Account Manager at Programmed since February 2019, Leisa previously held the role of Senior Business Manager at IPA from January 2018 to February 2019. Leisa’s career began at Action Workforce, where various roles spanned from NSW State Operations Manager to Recruitment Consultant from March 1996 to September 2017. In these positions, Leisa was responsible for overseeing labor hire teams, managing P&L, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance and profitability. Leisa is currently pursuing a Diploma in Management and a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management from the National Institute of Training.
