Scott Oswald has extensive experience in mechanical fitting, with a career spanning over two decades. Starting at ARB Corporation Ltd as a Fitter and Machinist from October 2004 to May 2010, Scott moved to DIAB Engineering Pty Ltd as a Leading Hand Mechanical Fitter until December 2012. Scott then joined Sibelco Australia & New Zealand as a Mechanical Fitter from December 2012 to December 2014 before progressing to Wood Group PSN, where the role of Mechanical Fitter Leading Hand was held from December 2014 to June 2022, primarily working at Melbourne Water's Eastern Treatment Plant. Currently, Scott serves as a Mechanical Fitter Leading Hand at Programmed since July 2022. Scott's educational foundation includes a VCE from Ringwood Secondary College, completed in 2004.
