Stephen Broom

Stephen Broom currently serves as the Asset Operations & Risk Manager at Programmed since July 2022. Prior to this, Stephen held multiple roles at Serco from May 2013 to March 2022, including Systems Manager, Reliability Manager, and Project Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital, overseeing the integration of extra-low voltage systems and ensuring asset reliability. Stephen also worked as a Contract Manager at Brookfield Multiplex Services and Delta FM, managing large teams and ensuring contractual obligations were met for clients including BHP Billiton and Woodside. Earlier in Stephen's career at Honeywell, roles included Operations Manager, Facilities Leader, and Facility Supervisor, focusing on managing FM contracts and facility operations.
