Stuart Cooper is an experienced project and site manager with a comprehensive background in electrical and communications projects. Currently serving as the Site Manager for Fremantle Port with Programmed since May 2024, Stuart has previously held positions including Project Manager at Proton Power Pty Ltd and Construction Manager at Melchor MEP. Notably, Stuart led the ONE SUBIACO Luxury Apartments project during time with Fredon and was involved in managing operations and projects at Datatel Electrical & Communications.
