Heather Laird

Heather Laird has a strong background in project management and coordination. Heather started their career at OSG Billing Services in 2007 as a Project Coordinator. Heather then joined TransCentra in 2010, where they held the positions of Project Manager and Account Specialist until 2022. In 2023, they joined Programmers.io as a Project Coordinator. Throughout their work experience, Heather has consistently demonstrated their ability to successfully manage projects and contribute to the success of various organizations.

Heather Laird is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations and Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected completion date in 2024. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications and completed courses to enhance their skills in the field. These include certifications such as "Why Projects Fail and How to Improve Their Success" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "How to Stand Out Remotely" from LinkedIn in February 2023, and "PMI Kickoff Agile Course" from the Project Management Institute in January 2023. Heather has also completed courses such as "Break Free from the Negative Chatter in Your Head" and "Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers" from LinkedIn in October 2022, as well as "Project Management Simplified" from LinkedIn in June 2019.
