Nidhi Joshi

Nidhi Joshi has several years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked at SMCPL as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they were involved in all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Nidhi also posted job requirements on various platforms and utilized social media networks for candidate sourcing.

In 2019, Nidhi joined en world group as an Assistant Consultant. Here, they gathered hiring requisitions from various managers and business units, prioritized them based on criticality, and worked closely with clients.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Mobile Programming LLC as a Recruitment Manager. Nidhi managed a team of recruiters, coordinated with the business development team to understand client job profiles, and ensured clients' hiring needs were met.

Currently, Nidhi holds the position of Lead- Talent Acquisition at Programmers.io, starting in 2023.

Nidhi Joshi pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University between 2008 and 2011.
