Stephán Sanchéz

Stephán Sanchéz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephán started their career as a professional athlete in the cycling industry, representing Quickstep Cyprus and Caja Rural Granada from 2011 to 2016. After their athletic career, they worked as an HHSC Case Worker at MAXIMUS from 2016 to 2017.

In 2018, they transitioned into the business development field, first joining GLG as a Council Development Associate. In this role, they worked with clients worldwide, connecting them with professionals who could provide knowledge and insight. Stephán also provided ad hoc consulting services to these professionals.

During the same period, they also served as a Junior Inside Sales Representative at Natera, focusing on sales. In 2021, they joined TurnKey Lender as a Business Development Representative, where they played a key role in driving business growth until 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Sanchéz worked as a Business Development Manager at Accenture, where they contributed to the company's development strategies. Stephán then moved on to Poly, where they held the position of Senior Market Business Development for B2B Enterprises. In this role, they led and managed a team of Market Development Representatives, implementing best practices to drive revenue growth.

Most recently, they started working at HP in 2022 as a Senior Business Development Representative. Here, they were responsible for developing business opportunities until 2023.

Currently, Sanchéz holds the position of Director of Operations and Sales Development at Programmers.io, where they oversee the company's operations and sales development strategies.

Stephán Sanchéz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Houston, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Hastings High School from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Learning Excel 2019" and "UX Design: 5 Creating Scenarios and Storyboards" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
