Surbhi Shukla

Surbhi Shukla has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Surbhi is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Programmers.io since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of a Senior Executive in the HEG department at Impetus from April 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Experteye Consulting from February 2020 to November 2020. Surbhi started their career as an Executive HR at Mango IT Solutions in January 2018 and worked there till October 2019. Surbhi also gained experience as an Executive HR at AM Webtech Pvt Ltd from December 2015 to January 2018, where they handled various core HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, and grievance handling.

Surbhi Shukla has a diverse education history. In 1995-2008, they attended New Digamber Public School and studied Mathematics and Science. In 2008-2012, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Truba College of Engineering & Technology. In 2013-2015, Surbhi pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore. In 2016-2020, they enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology. Most recently, in 2019, Surbhi obtained an HR Analytics Certification from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Negotiation Skills from LinkedIn in August 2022, an AMCAT Certified Corporate Communications Professional from Aspiring Minds in September 2014, an AMCAT Certified Creative Content Developer, also from Aspiring Minds in September 2014, and a Management Development Programme (MDP) from Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in August 2013.
