Twinkle V

Twinkle V has a solid background in technical recruitment, with experience in various companies. They started their career in 2020 at People Tech Group Inc as a Technical Recruiter, where they handled end-to-end recruitment and had a good understanding of consulting business processes. They were proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder, as well as passive recruiting through LinkedIn and other social networks. In 2021, they joined Technovert as a Technical Recruiter, where they focused on talent acquisition, sourcing, and screening candidates. They also gained experience in working with various job portals. The following year, in 2022, they moved on to Experis as a Technical Recruiter, and then joined Programmers.io in 2023 as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Twinkle V completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. Twinkle pursued this course from 2016 to 2020. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in June 2022.
