Eric Anderson

Anderson began their career in manufacturing in 1983 when they founded Basin Precision Machining LLC. Eric grew the company into a successful business over the next 36 years, serving as its President and CEO. In 2019, they transitioned to Basin Industries LLC, where they served as Chief Commercial Officer in charge of all sales and marketing.

Anderson has extensive experience in lean transformations, Six Sigma projects, machining, metrology, and small business management. Eric is a tenacious problem solver and has helped businesses of all sizes improve their operations. In 2020, they founded Erik Anderson Consulting LLC, a consulting business that provides manufacturing services to businesses of all sizes.
