Stephanie Sims

Stephanie Sims is currently the Customer Success Manager- Team Lead at Progress Learning since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Senior Implementation Specialist- Team Lead at USATestprep from October 2019 to January 2022. Before that, Stephanie held the position of Approval Manager at Elie Tahari from July 2018 to October 2019. Stephanie also has experience as a Store Manager at Starbucks from May 2007 to May 2018. In addition, Stephanie has worked in the education sector as a Substitute Teacher at McKinney ISD and a Student Teacher at McKinney ISD and Plano ISD. Stephanie earned their degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas Woman's University.
