Jay Althoff

Jay Althoff serves as Chief Strategy Officer at iSeatz, providing digital commerce solutions to various industries. Althoff is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Progress Partners, offering strategic expertise to emerging technology companies. As an independent consultant since June 2022, Althoff focuses on GTM strategy and operational effectiveness for startups. Althoff holds board positions at CoachCare and Learning Courage, and previously served as President and COO of Shift, where successful M&A activities led to the formation of Shift Media. Althoff's extensive experience includes roles as CEO at Modus Health and PlanetTran, and board involvement with Common Impact. Althoff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Connecticut College and a JD with honors from The George Washington University Law School.
