Patrick Dolan

Patrick Dolan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at OAAA, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth since January 2025. Dolan is also a co-founder and strategic advisor at FxM, a fintech/adtech startup, and participates as an Advisory Collective Member at Collective Audience. In addition, Dolan holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Libsyn and works as an Executive in Residence at Progress Partners, specializing in advisory and capital raising for emerging technology and media companies. Dolan has significant experience on various boards, including Scuti and previously Alfi, Inc., and has been involved in advisory roles for Stealth Media and the IAB. From 2007 to January 2021, Dolan served as President and COO at IAB, where revenue grew from $7M to over $40M, overseeing extensive operational and program development. Dolan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in International Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
