Alex Waters

Alex Waters has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Alex'smost recent role is as the VP of FP&A at Progress Residential, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, they held various finance positions at Honeywell from 2019 to 2023, including Senior Finance Director - Global FP&A and Finance Director - CFO, Commercial Security. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Cox Automotive Inc., first as Director of Finance, Sales Operations, and then as Senior Manager FP&A. Before that, they worked at The Home Depot from 2012 to 2017 in roles such as Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager. Alex began their career at Crown Castle in 2009 as a Senior Financial Analyst and also had a role at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as a Registered Client Services Associate from 2007 to 2009.

Alex Waters received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Corporate Strategy from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2018. They also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Business from the University of Florida.
