Brian Buffington

Brian Buffington has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Brian is currently the Executive Vice President & CFO at Progress Residential® since April 2021. Before that, they worked at Honeywell for many years, holding various CFO positions in different divisions. In their roles at Honeywell, they were responsible for driving business performance, implementing cost savings initiatives, improving profitability, and optimizing working capital. Prior to Honeywell, Brian worked at WilTel Communications as a Senior Finance Analyst, where they led a team and successfully resolved disputes while implementing process improvements. Overall, Brian Buffington has a strong background in finance, strategic leadership, and driving business success.

Brian Buffington attended Northeastern State University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. Brian also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Oklahoma Accountancy Board.
