Dave Feldman has significant experience in the real estate industry. Dave started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at McGladrey Capital Markets in 2001. In 2003, they joined Marcus & Millichap, where they held various roles including Associate Vice President Investments, Regional Manager, and Regional Managing Director. In 2012, Feldman joined Haven Realty Capital as Vice President of Acquisitions. Dave then moved on to work at Pretium and Progress Residential® in 2014, where they held executive positions focused on real estate and strategic operations.
Dave Feldman attended the University of Southern California from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of study of Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, Marshall School of Business.
