Jaimie Singleton

Jaimie Singleton currently serves as the Regional Operations Director at Progress Residential®, overseeing single-family rental operations across multiple states since August 2021. Responsibilities include enhancing workflow processes, providing strategic guidance to market teams, and managing the onboarding of build-to-rent communities. Jaimie previously held the position of Director of Operations and Qualifying Broker at HavenBrook Homes from May 2014 to August 2021, where major accomplishments included achieving high occupancy levels and implementing effective operational policies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Sales Executive at Real Estate Associates, REO Department Operations Manager at both TMI Real Estate, LLC and Tom Murphy Realty, and a strong foundational education in Criminal Justice and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management from Troy University.
