John Hosey

John Hosey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and disaster recovery. Currently serving as Project Manager at Progress Residential® since July 2021, Hosey previously held roles such as Disaster Recovery Coordinator at Florida Restores and Disaster Recovery Construction Coordinator for the Florida Conference of The United Methodist Church, where significant contributions were made to Hurricane Irma recovery efforts. Other notable positions include Director of Gulf Coast Restoration Programs at The Corps Network, where a large-scale initiative was developed in response to the BP Oil Spill Recovery, and various roles within emergency management and volunteer coordination across organizations in Mississippi. Hosey holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from Capella University and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Criswell College.
