Patrick Thomas has extensive experience in property management and general contracting. Currently serving as Property Manager at Progress Residential® since February 2022, Patrick has held multiple roles including Assistant Director of Resident Operations and Construction Manager. Since 2010, Patrick has also been self-employed as a General Contractor, focusing on evaluating and renovating properties. Previously, as General Manager and Property Manager at Class Act Realty, LLC, oversight was provided for day-to-day operations of a 1,000-unit real estate company. Additional experience includes seasonal snow plowing and deck building, ownership of a flooring installation business, and various construction roles. Patrick graduated from Olympia High School in 1999.
