Sharon currently works as the Director of Procurement Systems at Progress Residential®, where they lead the transition from paper-based procurement processes to an integrated Source to Pay system. Prior to this, they were a Senior Supply Chain Solutions professional at Oceaneering from 2019 to 2022. From 2007 to 2018, Sharon worked as the Director of Procurement at RPC, Inc., where they successfully redesigned and implemented procurement processes, resulting in significant cost savings and improved supplier risk mitigation. Before joining RPC, Inc., they held the role of Buyer at Lafarge from 2001 to 2007. Overall, Sharon's work experience demonstrates their expertise in procurement strategy, process improvement, technology implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.
