Additional roles include Vice President of Administration for the ASCM Greater North Carolina Chapter, and various positions in logistics and inventory management within the automotive sector, achieving significant improvements in profitability and inventory control. Gross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and has further education from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
