Tracy Brown

Tracy Brown is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various management roles across multiple reputable companies. Currently serving as a Property Manager and Assistant Portfolio Operations Director at Progress Residential® since November 2022, Tracy has previously held positions including Community Manager at Bell Partners Inc and Property Manager at Harbor Group Management, among others. Proficient in utilizing industry-specific software such as MRI, LRO, AMSI, and Yardi, Tracy has demonstrated a strong ability to manage large residential communities, oversee teams, and enhance operational efficiency. Tracy's foundational experience includes assisting in property administration and resolution of staff and resident issues at Madison Apartment Group and serving as Assistant Property Manager at Trammell Crow Residential Services. Tracy is an alumnus of Georgia State University Perimeter College.
