Walter Anacker has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Walter started their career in 2006 as a Construction Supervisor at Niemeyer Construction, LLC. In 2008, they joined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Realty Specialist, holding various positions until 2014. Walter then ventured into property management and became the Owner of Anacker Property Management from 2014 to 2016. Walter then worked as a Senior Project Manager at Brett Design/Build, PLC from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Offerpad as the Director of Renovations and Construction. Currently, Walter is employed at Progress Residential® and has held roles including Service Director, Portfolio Operations Director, and is currently serving as the National Director of Procurement Programs since November 2021.
Walter Anacker received an Associate's degree in General Studies from James H Faulkner State Community College in 2007. Walter then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of South Alabama, which they completed in 2010.
