Yolanda Olson

Yolanda Olson, CAPS, has extensive experience in property management and resident relations, currently serving as a Resident Accounts Specialist and previously as a Senior Resident Relations Specialist at Progress Residential® since July 2021. Prior roles include Revenue Manager at American Landmark Apartments, Community Manager at City Gate Property Group and Resource Residential, and Property Manager positions at Madera Residential, Knightvest Management, Greystar, Myan Management, and Luma Corporation. Yolanda gained a strong foundation in compliance as a Compliance Officer at Apartment Temporaries, Inc., managing multi-site properties and handling compliance reporting across 40 states. Educationally, Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Colorado Technical University and professional designations including CAPS from the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and CAM from the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
