Amanda Arria is an enthusiastic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with extensive experience in both public and private companies across various industries. Currently, Amanda serves as the EVP & Chief People Officer at Progress and is the founder of the Women in Energy group, which connects over 5,000 women in the energy and technology sectors. Previously, Amanda held senior HR leadership roles at BAE Systems, EFI, Schneider Electric, and RSA, significantly contributing to talent acquisition and strategic HR initiatives. Amanda is currently pursuing a BS in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
